Key job responsibilities<br>
Manufacture and assemble optical prototypes in an ISO 7/8 Environment, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.<br>
Supervise a team of technicians focused on early production and scaling output.<br>
Work with Senior Manager to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities.<br>
Work cross-functionally with management, facilities, and supply chain to maintain operations and materials for an ISO 7/8 cleanroom.<br>
Ability to provide timely feedback on designs, processes, and custom equipment used in routine prototyping, fabrication, and characterization.<br>
Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In-Process Characterization, and Packaging Procedures.<br>
Review and approve rework to ensure accuracy and enforce traceability.<br>
Comply with all Company Policies including Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations, Personal Protective Equipment Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.<br>

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team</li><li>Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent</li><li>Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent</li><li>Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization</li><li>4+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 4+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission critical plants, or production facilities experience</li><li>Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity</li><li>1+ years of manufacturing equipment development experience</li></ul><br>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
