 Be a Product specialist for the Channels and provide in-depth technical assistance to clients.

 Assist in deployment and troubleshooting on-the-go.

 Gain in-depth knowledge of products from a content and delivery standpoint, and assist with pre and post Sales&rsquo; opportunities.

 Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the support process and build projects that will help replicate and resolve client issues.

 We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize both Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Affiliates and Creator Marketing. This role combines data-driven strategy and creative execution, helping brands build a powerful online presence across key social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As a core team member, you&rsquo;ll oversee all aspects of our business entities paid ad campaigns, from initial planning to ongoing optimization.  Incumbent is responsible for ideating, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that promote a company&rsquo;s products or services via online channels. Their primary objective is to generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company&rsquo;s website or social media channels. Incumbent must know how to ideate, execute, and manage online campaigns across multiple channels and mediums &mdash; like organic and paid search, display advertising, email, and social media.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
 </li>
 <li>
 Campaign development. Create and maintain sophisticated email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform management. Configure and optimize CRM systems while implementing lead scoring models to qualify prospects effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance optimization. Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates across all automated marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
 </li>

 Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
 </li>

 Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
 </li>

 Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

 Social Media Marketing (SMM) Responsibilities

 Campaign Creation &amp; Strategy: Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including budget planning and content ideation.

 <li>
 Content Strategy: Plan and distribute engaging content in various formats, ensuring alignment with each brand&rsquo;s voice and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Audience Insights &amp; Optimization: Collect and analyze audience data to create comprehensive reports, refining future campaigns based on specific KPIs.

 <li>
 Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive messaging across all social platforms by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

 Competitive Research: Monitor competing brands and stay informed about social media trends and tools to ensure we remain industry leaders.

 Google Ads (PPC) Responsibilities

 Keyword Research &amp; Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies, conversion rates, and calls to action to drive campaign success.

 <li>
 End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring that goals and timelines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Analysis &amp; Tracking: Perform data analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring &amp; Reporting: Monitor keyword costs, split testing, landing page effectiveness, and cost per conversion to continually improve campaign outcomes. Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of algorithms language across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 4-5 years of Paid Media experience, with at least 3 years of ad operations, campaign management/set-up and reporting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideally worked in agency background multiple clients including ecommerce, telco, banking, fintech, digital native preferably
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical knowledge of Set-up, Manage and optimize Google Ads, Social Media Marketing as well as auditing the set-up and find key optimizations/loop-holes
 </li>
 <li>
 Affiliates and Creator Marketing knowledge is good-to-have
 </li>
 <li>
 Agentic AI knowledge &amp; Workflow Automation Tools like n8n are highly desirable in the incumbent
