 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Shareholder &amp; Financial: - Complies with approved budgets, policies and procedures in relation to Local Currency MM operations. - Implements KPI&rsquo;s and best practices for Senior Manager, Asset &amp; Liability Management (Local Currency) role. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. - Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.

 <li>
 Customer (Internal &amp; External): - Assists in building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve the Money Market&rsquo;s Desk goals/objectives. - Provides timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors, the Compliance function and Group Risk as and when required. - To assist customers in all their queries on Bank&rsquo;s product and seek solution to their requests. - Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. - Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group&rsquo;s objectives

 Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - Performs activities in accordance with the set MM strategies. - Complies with the department&rsquo;s policies and procedures for conducting buy/ sell deals, maintaining/ collating MIS pertaining to profitability/ revenue, and observing compliance with the applicable limits approved by the Board/ its delegated authorities. - Trades in various money market instruments such as deposits, loans, short-term securities, forward rate agreements and interest rate swaps in approved currencies and with approved counterparties within delegated authority. - Follows up on the timely processing of transactions in coordination with Treasury Operations. - Responds to and log requests for local currency MM transactions, and provide pricing support for major corporate banking departments and branches within the delegated authority. - Prepares daily rate sheets under the direct supervision of the SVP, Asset &amp; Liability Management. - Monitors gap positions within the delegated authority and under the guidance of the SVP, Asset &amp; Liability Management.

 Learning &amp; Knowledge: - Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities. - Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field.

 Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: - Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML &amp; CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). - Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. - Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements. - Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role. - Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence.

Requirements:

<li>Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or software development;</li>
<li>Knowledge of modern technologies such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics aren't just buzzwords, but essential to sustainable IT architectures;</li>
<li>Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends;</li>
<li>Feeling particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts;</li>
<li>Experience with hyperscalers, with additional certifications from AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, or TencentCloud;</li>
