 At Project Initial Phase

 After contract award, ensure the implementation of the Cost Control System, elaborating the consolidated Cost Breakdown
 </li>
 <li>
 Structure according to the relevant procedure, reviewing the procurement/accounting system adopted in each Operating Companies/Branches involved into the project, and verifying the application of the CBS and the cost traceability
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue the Project Cost Control Procedure, Cost Coding Manual and Risk Management Plan, for the Project Control Manager verification, according to standards and contract specification and configure the Cost Breakdown Structure to monitor procurement and accounting activities
 </li>
 <li>
 If not provided during the commercial phase, split the Commercial Budget according to the intercompany scheme, contract and work schedule, in order to report revenues/costs by entity, currencies, and main cost accounts and prepare the cash-flow by currency

 Coordinate the risk managment activities startup organizing the first brainstorming and the qualitative / quantitative assessment of the identified risks and opportunities

 Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis, and keep updated the cost/revenues forecast relevant to intercompany services

 Analyse committed costs and activities to-date, review the estimate to complete, isolating any deviation from baselines or adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actions in order to prevent overruns

 Maintain the risk management process organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owners feedback

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical BIM Information Engineer to manage, coordinate, and govern Building Information Modeling (BIM) data and workflows for major infrastructure and construction projects in Qatar. In this role, you will take technical ownership of the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensure complete data integrity across multi-disciplinary models, and enforce strict adherence to international and project-specific BIM standards. The ideal candidate will combine a strong engineering background with advanced digital asset management capabilities to bridge the gap between design information and field execution.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Establish, manage, and maintain the project's Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure seamless and secure information exchange among all stakeholders.</li><li>
Oversee the integration of multi-disciplinary BIM models (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP), identifying and resolving complex data clashes and geometric inconsistencies.</li><li>
Enforce project BIM standards, Information Delivery Plans (IDP), and Asset Information Requirements (AIR) across all contractor and subcontractor teams.</li><li>
Conduct regular quality control audits on BIM data, parameters, and metadata models to guarantee accuracy and compliance with ISO 19650 standards.</li><li>
Coordinate with project planning, design, and execution teams to extract precise quantity take-offs (5D BIM) and scheduling data (4D BIM) from live models.</li><li>
Manage the transition of information from construction models into Asset Information Models (AIM) to facilitate smooth client handovers for Facility Management (6D BIM).</li><li>

Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of overall professional engineering experience, with at least 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience functioning as a BIM Information Engineer, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Data Manager on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Regional Experience: Prior professional experience within Qatar or the broader GCC region is a distinct and highly valued advantage.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Elite proficiency in industry-standard BIM platforms (such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Bentley OpenBuildings) and Common Data Environments (such as Aconex, ProjectWise, or Autodesk Construction Cloud). Strong knowledge of visual programming tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper is highly preferred.</li><li>
Standards &amp; Compliance: Deep operational understanding of ISO 19650 frameworks, COBie data structures, and OpenBIM standards.</li><li>
Status: Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID).</li><li>
