Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions for U.S. entities.</li><li>Review and validate account coding, invoice dates, and general ledger posting accuracy.</li><li>Perform and support bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving timing or posting discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain Fixed Asset records including additions, disposals, and supporting depreciation calculations.</li><li>Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable aging reports and assist with cash flow planning activities.</li><li>Assist with withholding tax preparation, including payroll related tax calculations, and coordinate payment processing.</li><li>Process and reconcile intercompany transactions across entities.</li><li>Support month end close activities including reconciliations and financial reporting preparation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Strong understanding of foundational accounting principles and transactional accounting processes.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP preferred.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup functions.</li><li>High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational capability.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively within a multi entity and multinational accounting environment.</li><li>Experience within textile or manufacturing industries preferred.</li></ul>
Education and Experience Requirem
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.</li><li>
2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a professional accounting environment preferred</li><li>
Prior experience working within multinational organizations preferred.</li></ul>

Role Summary
As a Client Relations Specialist, you&rsquo;ll be the primary point of contact for clients in our Bookkeeping and Tax Services department, guiding them through onboarding and supporting them throughout their journey. You&rsquo;ll lead client meetings, coordinate workflows, and help clients understand both the technical setup and ongoing services we provide.
This role blends customer experience, accounting knowledge, and operational coordination&mdash;requiring clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients at once. You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with internal teams while ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and set up for success.
What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>
Lead onboarding meetings and guide clients through their service setup and expectations</li><li>
Educate clients on accounting best practices and software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
</li><li>Support technical setup including bank feeds, integrations, payroll imports, and account connections
</li><li>Manage client communications, answering questions related to accounting, services, pricing, and processes
</li><li>Help clients navigate product changes, including upgrades, downgrades, and billing adjustments
</li><li>Proactively manage client workflows and timelines to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
</li><li>Resolve client issues and prevent escalations through strong problem-solving and communication
</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and improve processes
</li><li>Build a strong understanding of small business operations across various industries</li></ul>

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age</li><li>
3+ years of client service experience handling complex requests
</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of bookkeeping experience (multi-client environment preferred)
</li><li>Robustunderstanding of small business accounting and tax services
</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred)
</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal
</li><li>Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
</li><li>Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)</li></ul>
