Technical Expertise
1. Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to the guests

To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, cordially greet all arriving and departing guests and open the hotel doors for them as well as help them out off/into their car.</li><li>
Understand all hotel promotion activities, eq special package, Alila Link etc</li><li>
To provide security and privacy of guests by keeping all guest&rsquo;s information confidential unless otherwise instructed by guests.</li><li>
To assist guests with check in and check out and to carry their luggage to or from their rooms.</li><li>
To maintain good traffic flows and keep the driveway free of traffic and accessible for the incoming vehicles</li><li>
To escort guests to their rooms and explain all services provided by the hotel such as restaurants, fitness center, etc. and assist them with room changes.</li></ul>
16. Maintain an active presence in the lobby<ul><li>
To make sure the storeroom for the luggage is well kept at all times.</li></ul>
