   Acts as a safety leader, ensuring EPIC Contractor&rsquo;s work in compliance to Company Life Saving Rules and all safety and environmental regulations of Company and the State of Qatar.
  </li>

   Reporting to the Discipline Construction Lead/Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist functional supervisor in review and / or approval of Construction documentation, including Method Statements, JHAs, MARs etc., and attend HSE Walkthroughs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise all EPIC contractors piping (Process and Utility piping system with various material pipe classes for above ground &amp; underground piped services) installation activities are based on approved the engineering documentation and project schedule during the execution of construction activities
  </li>

   Attend Requests For Inspections (RFIs) as per approved ITPs, including Material Receiving Inspections in coordination with Reconstruction Supervisor, and sign off relevant inspection and test reports / RFIs.

   Ensuring the quality of manufacturing and erection works, dimensional accuracy and orientation, accessory and inline items installed in the correct orientation and material design specification.

   Lead the EPIC construction contractor(s) on all mechanical aspects of the piping works.

   Supervise with EPIC contractor during execution of the piping installation, line check, punch clearing, hydrotest and re-instatement at site.
  </li>

   Manage and lead final mechanical completion inspections and punch closing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise the Pre-Com activities to ensure safety and the quality of the completed work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Undertake technical integrity and HSE reviews/audits
  </li>

   Participate in process safety management
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in PSSR and provide support to Operations pre &amp; start up activity where instructed.

   Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site.
  </li>
  <li>
   Carryout daily checks on contractor&rsquo;s staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.

   Good knowledge in reading and understanding P&amp;ID, GA, ISOs, piping standard drawings (incl support drawings) and Equipment Layout drawings.
  </li>

   Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to Snr Supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.

   Sign work permits on behalf of Company and to ensure that contractor&rsquo;s compliance with work permits.
  </li>

   Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.

   Accountable for supervising contractor&rsquo;s work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring because of negligence, by enforcing Company safety standards on the work site.
