All actions and decisions of the Branch Manager will be considered carefully with the intent of fulfilling Company objectives established by management, and as appropriate including customer satisfaction and employee job satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General Duties:<ul><li>Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the branch including, but not limited to, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Inventory Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Purchasing, plus all financial functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, budgeting, and credit and collections.</li><li>Consistently providing superior customer service to ECCO customers so they will want to do repeat business.</li><li>Maintaining expert level product and industry knowledge required to fulfill the Employee&rsquo;s duties and responsibilities as they relate to the HVAC industry through continuing education including seminars,training courses, and industry events.</li><li>Ensuring policies and procedures are followed by all ECCO employees pertaining to customer service and technical support for our customers.</li><li>Working in cooperation with all of The ECCO Group divisions, including ECCO Manufacturing, ensuring the effective, efficient, economical and safe operations of the branch.</li><li>In conjunction with the Division VP, developing and implementing short, medium, and long range strategic and operating plans for the branch.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Operations:<ul><li>Aggressively pursuing new opportunities in the market to ensure ECCO&rsquo;s prominence in both residential and commercial business.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining a first‐class business relationship with ECCO Supply customers.</li><li>Ensuring ECCO is provided opportunity in all large projects by maintaining a productive and mutually beneficial relationship with local engineers.</li><li>Overseeing the effective, efficient, economical and productive operations of the sales counter, point of purchase displays, and warehouse.</li><li>Regularly monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock does not become slow and non‐moving.</li><li>Monitoring fill rates and percentage of orders shipped complete to our customers, making sure these are at best‐practice levels.</li><li>Managing responsible labour levels to properly service our customers while being in line with cost effective budgets.</li><li>Negotiating competitive freight rates in coordination with the Corporate Traffic Manager.</li><li>Overseeing and directing diligent inventory management, including regular cycle counting, spot‐checking inventory involved in reported shipping/receiving errors, reconciling known discrepancies.</li><li>Leading, scheduling and planning for regular meetings with your branch personnel. I. Job Summary 
 
Safely operates a tractor-trailer or a straight truck with a pup trailer (or other vehicle requiring a Class A CDL) to perform assigned duties on designated routes. 
 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.</li><li>
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using standard eDVIR (electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on eDVIR form for corrective review/repair.</li><li>
Immediately reports any unsafe situations or unscheduled service calls to Operations Manager and Dispatch before attempting service.</li><li>
Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Operations Manager.</li><li>
Works closely with Operations Managers and Dispatch to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.</li><li>
Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager and Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.</li><li>
Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.</li><li>
Notifies Operations Manager and Dispatch of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, services that cannot be completed, or problems that arise on the route.</li><li>
Communicates customer requests, issues, or service changes to Operations Manager and Dispatch.</li><li>
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer&rsquo;s location clean and free of debris.</li><li>
Positions containers on the customer&rsquo;s property in a manner that ensures containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.</li><li>
Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all documentation when checking-in at the end of the route.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Purpose:
The Parts Counterperson sells, at retail, parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. 
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.</li><li>Pull purchases from stock. If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer.</li><li>Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.</li><li>Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.</li><li>Verify &ldquo;will call&rdquo; and &ldquo;back order&rdquo; files weekly and return to vendors, or stock those items not required. Solicit assigned accounts by phone.</li><li>Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.</li><li>Open a repair order envelope for all new repair orders.</li><li>Order parts not in stock if, after discussion with Shop Foremen, it is determined that parts are needed and will be used upon receipt or that the customer will return for the required repairs.</li><li>Notify the Shop Foreman and the customer that ordered parts have been received.</li><li>Answer parts phones when front counter is overloaded.</li><li>Ensure that before parts can be charged out, the Technician presents a duplicate copy of the repair order and a parts requisition.</li><li>File the requisition copy in the repair order envelope.</li><li>Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.</li><li>Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers.</li><li>Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. Exceptions must be approved by the Parts Manager or Business Manager.</li><li>Ensure that all charge back sales are signed by the customers.</li><li>When making tax exempt sales other than to a charge or cash account, ensure that the customer&rsquo;s full name, address, ICC number, and signature is obtained.</li><li>Present the customer with the white copy of the invoice after removing the &ldquo;tear strip.&rdquo; When doing business with regular cash customers, ensure that their &ldquo;cash account&rdquo; numbers are recorded to assure proper customer tracking.</li><li>When a credit card is declined, notify the credit department. If they are not available, either decline to charge the purchase, or release the credit hold in accordance with the dealership&rsquo;s guidelines.</li><li>Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.</li><li>Replenish assigned inventory daily.
