This position is eligible for $5 a month paid for monthly cellular phone allowance.

Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, locations of service is MSY Louis Armstrong airport and a approximate 10 fitness locations

Weekends and holidays may be required as needed.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within New Orleans and surrounding area, to include MSY Louis Armstrong Airport and a variety of fitness locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Maintenance and repair of equipment</li>
<li>Maintain clean equipment</li>
<li>Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions</li>
<li>Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte</li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager</li>
<li>Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels</li>
<li>Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed</li>
<li>Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management</li>
<li>Other assignments as needed</li></ul>

<li>Ability to operate a Smartphone, maintain records, compile reports, and effectively operate a computer.</li></ul> 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

<li>Lift 40 lbs. to waist height</li>
<li>Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.</li>
<li>Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs</li></ul>
