Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Deploy and manage a full time Operational Technology (OT) / Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Contract Performance Area support team comprising of managerial and administrative personnel to deliver the Scope of Services</li><li>
Assess the current OT/ICT provisions and identify pathways to develop improved systems which incorporate advances ICT solutions such as Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud-based Solutions, Remote Sensing and Automation.</li><li>
Scan the relevant industries to identify developments which could be of value and make targeted requirements to support and guide Management.</li><li>
Assess and further develop the existing OT/ICT systems and identify areas for improvements/enhancements through new sensing technology, faster data speeds (%G), GNSS, automation, remote sensing etc.</li><li>
Develop the requirements for and begin implementation of Predictive Maintenance systems and models with the aim of detecting potential issues before disruptions occur.</li><li>
Review existing deployed systems and technologies such as remote sensors and monitoring systems and identify efficiencies form unification platforms which can improve AA processes.</li><li>
Audit the existing systems, hardware and software being used by client to manage the networks and determine the level of overall risk (including the risk related to obsolescence issues, availability of spares and stock levels) and identify areas for overall improvement.</li><li>
Develop plans and procedures which guide the trials and adoption of new system, software and hardware, ensuring the legacy issues are identified early in the process and managed adequately.</li><li>
Provide support and leadership where tasked, on data management, migration and user-acceptance procedures before going live with new ICT systems.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate the performance of all ICT changes and ensure that the necessary calibration is carried out to achieve the desired levels of performance.</li><li>
Implement a comprehensive knowledge transfer process which will be in effect throughout the contract duration to guarantee the structured learning and development of personnel.</li><li>
