Performance Management</b></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, onboarding reports, and landlord databases.</li><li>Meet assigned monthly onboarding and acquisition targets.</li><li>Submit regular business development and performance reports to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and onboarding standards.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp;
