Review of applicable contractual requirements (Technical standards, specifications etc.)</li><li>
Definition and review of Quality Plan and relevant procedures.</li><li>
Review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, co-ordination procedure, etc.)</li><li>
Definition of Bureau Veritas interventions</li><li>
Send Instructions to BV performing offices along with Technical specification, Internal Purchase Order and contact details.</li><li>
Coordinate with BV performing offices for scheduling inspection</li><li>
Liaise with BV performing offices for Execution of inspection, reporting including treatment of non-conformities (NCR&rsquo;s) and other applicable deliverables</li><li>
Ensuring quality of inspection according to BV Quality System</li><li>
Treatment of Non-conformities / corrective actions</li><li>
Follow up with BV performing offices for submitting the reports on time</li><li>
Review inspection reports for correctness and completeness and submit to Client on time for review and further action.</li><li>
Maintaining internal and external communication</li><li>
Review and Certify internal invoices for clearing payment</li><li>
Promotes Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients</li><li>
Respects security guidelines of Bureau Veritas and safeguards personal security in the working environment</li><li>
Actively participates in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)</li><li>
Prepare monthly report and submit to Client on time for review and further action.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><div><ul><li><p><br>

Application of codes and standards, project specifications and procedures</li><li>
Within his field of competency, the inspector is expected to conduct the activities stated in Primary functions.</li><li>
Fully conversant with inspection techniques and able to review reports</li><li>
Able to verify and approve Non-conformities / corrective actions</li><li>
Able to identify required Bureau Veritas interventions, based on a pre-defined Quality Plan and according to specified standards.</li><li>

Report to Senior Shop Inspection coordinator about day-to-day work.</li><li>

Develop trust and open communication with the client.</li><li>
Regularly monitor customer satisfaction by frequent visit to Client offices.</li></ul></div><div><div><div><ul><li><p><br>
HSE Requirements</p></li></ul></div></div><div><ul><li>
Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client&rsquo;s HSE procedures and practices.</li><li>
Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor</li><li>
Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.</li><li>
Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation</li><li>
Use appropriate PPE in the work area and be aware of:</li><li>
the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize</li><li>
Report immediately in case the PPE is worn off or lost.</li><li>
