</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BS/BA) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' of applicable experience in bid evaluations and negotiating long-term agreements.
</li><li>The Purchasing department is a fast-paced environment and requires a high level of organizational skills, efficient use of time, the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple projects and continually meet deadlines.
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, management, customers and other stakeholders in the organization.</li><li>
Experience with FAR requirements preferred.</li><li>
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>
Possess strong negotiation skills and experience in executing long-term agreements in support of supplier stock and reduced PPI.</li><li>
Experienced in sourcing products on the internet by using COTS part numbers, material specifications and/or descriptions provided by Engineering or Program manager.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, preferred.</li><li>

Competitive Compensation<ul><li>
Pay Range: $83250 to $138550 annually</li><li>
