 will work with Agile teams that span across time zones required for operational excellence in product deliveries. Responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum. Additionally, provide guidance and help educate the team in Lean, Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). We are in the implementation phase of the SAFe transformation journey.  The starting salary range for this full-time position is $78,600 - $98,200 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company&rsquo;s discretion on an individual basis.
