At a minimum, occupational experience has to have occurred at least 1 year within the last 5 years.</div></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><div>
The Clinical Coordinator and Program Director should have a minimum of three years of current operating room experience.</div></li><li><div>
Current certification in surgical technology (CST) or an approved ARC-ST faculty</div></li><li><div>
