Our purpose-Built Campus of over 40,000m2 located in the heart of Cairo's most prestigious gated community, The Crown, 6th October city.  We are looking for a CCTV Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will oversee daily CCTV operations, supervise monitoring staff, ensure effective security coverage, and support incident investigations while maintaining compliance with security procedures and standards.
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Monitor CCTV systems to ensure full coverage and operational effectiveness across all areas.

 Supervise and support CCTV operators/monitoring staff on daily duties and shifts.

 Respond to and escalate security incidents in line with procedures.

 Review and analyze CCTV footage for investigations and reporting purposes.

 Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and system records.

 Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when required.
