Respiratory Therapist CRT

Location: </b>Pensacola, FL</div><div><b>
Facility: </b>Ascension Sacred Heart Gulf Coast Ortho Specialist</div><div><b>
Schedule: </b>Day | Full time | Monday - Friday</div>
What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Welcoming and interviewing patients, accurately measuring and documenting vital signs, and preparing examination rooms to ensure a smooth, comfortable visit.</li><li>
Assisting with treatments as directed and supervised by the providers</li><li>
Performing select clinical duties and providing essential administrative support, including managing patient records, answering calls, and handling necessary charting.</li><li>
Documenting provider-patient encounters, meticulously listing diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions.</li><li>
Transcribing patient orders for lab work, testing, and medications.</li></ul>
What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:</div><ul><li>
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.</li><li>
Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.</li></ul><div>
Education:</div><ul><li>
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.<ul><li>
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.</li></ul></li></ul>
Additional Preferences:
<ul><li>One year of experience as a medical assistant.</li></ul>
