What will I be doing?<ul><li>Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and appliances.</li><li>Maintain and repair all Electrical work in the guest rooms and all related areas in accordance with the preventive maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.</li><li>Able to identify the faults and troubleshoot all electrical circuits.</li><li>Carries out PPM assignments as per the given schedule.</li><li>Understands all aspects of electrical safety such as conductor sizing, insulation, overloads, etc.</li><li>Keeps the distribution panels clean and locked.</li><li>Identifies and maintains circuit breakers.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in all the MV &amp; LV rooms.</li><li>Monitor and record all the energy meter reading.</li><li>Follow all job instructions given by Shift Engineer or other Senior Staffs.</li><li>Report any serious maintenance problem or safety related issues to Shift Engineer immediately.</li><li>To thoroughly investigate each job as assigned to ensure that only the necessary spare parts are used and to avoid unnecessary wastage of electrical supplies.</li><li>Follow up Company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment. Attend all departmental trainings and other training program.</li><li>Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to the shift in charge.</li><li>Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment and use correct lifting procedures as necessary to avoid injury. Follow hazardous Material management program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals etc. using material safety data sheets. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to Shift in charge. Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines. Complete appropriate Fire and safety trainings and certifications to perform work tasks.</li><li>Address guest&rsquo;s service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
