 &bull; Lead facility condition assessments, space planning, utilization projects, and the lifecycle management of fixed assets.
 
 
 &bull; Guarantee stringent compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations across all operations and assets.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee core administrative functions including help-desk management, stationery &amp; office supplies, tenant relations, and utility administration.
