Job Description 
The Spa Attendant ensures the guests experience is up to the standards of the brand by dealing with them directly and addressing the details behind the scenes to go above and beyond their expectations. Their objectives include assisting guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipating their needs and being an escort to the appropriate facilities. Outside of guest service, their role is to keep the Spa and Fitness Center clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times.
What you will be doing:

Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>

Wear a smile (when appropriate) while interacting with all guests in person or on a telephone call with them.</li><li>
Attend departmental meetings and trainings as scheduled.</li><li>

Clock in and out accurately, and follow break-time/lunch guidelines.</li><li>
Greet guests as they enter any area of the spa and fitness center if you are there.</li><li>

Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.</li><li>
Ensure the smooth operation of the Spa and complete all shift duties including those on the AM and PM checklists and as directed.</li><li>
Respond to inquiries providing complete details of all spa, salon and fitness aspects.</li><li>
Responsible for the cleanliness of lockers, hallways, artwork, fixtures, lounge, wet and dry facilities, stairwells, bathrooms and service closets.</li><li>
Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster and remove trash and linen from cleaning carts.</li><li>
Report deficiencies of any equipment.</li><li>
Maintain each storage and distribution area in a clean and organized condition.</li><li>
Maintain linen inventory.</li><li>
Distribute linen to designated areas in the Spa and Fitness Center in accordance with established par levels in each area.</li><li>
Remove dirty linen to holding area on loading dock.</li><li>
Report any linen shortages or other discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor.</li><li>
Move, store and stock furniture, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>
Consistently follow all standards, service essentials and procedures set out by Fairmont Hotels &amp; Resorts.</li><li>
To assist in maintaining and distributing information in the daily communication log and other details provided by spa or hotel leadership.</li><li>
