Financial Management: Supervise the development of monthly Parsons invoices, review for accuracy, and prepare quarterly construction management reports.</p></li><li><p>
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing challenges that may arise during construction.</p></li><li><p>
Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.</p></li><li><p>
Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.</p></li><li><p>
Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations.</p></li><li><p>

Position Objectives</b></p><p>Ensure Project Quality Plan is implemented and monitored on project sites and is consistent with client requirements and to national and international standards.</p><p><b>2.
