 Reporting into the Project Director, the site-based Construction Manager &ndash; Infrastructure will be responsible for managing all horizontal and site infrastructure works across master-planned, mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments. This includes earthworks, grading, utilities, roads, stormwater systems, and off-site improvements. The role ensures infrastructure packages are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.  Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 Project Planning and Execution:
 
 
 
 Oversee the full infrastructure scope from pre-construction through delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of all site development works. Develop detailed construction schedules, coordinate phasing and logistics, and monitor progress against milestones.
 
 
 
 Team Leadership:
 
 
 
 Manage and lead site teams, including civil contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Provide clear direction on execution plans, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards are met across all infrastructure disciplines.

 Qualifications, Experiences, Core Competencies
