Requirements 
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma</li><li>Enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering program with control automation coursework, or related degree</li><li>Classes, labs, and projects with concentration in some combination of control system theory, supervisory software development, high-level programming language, such as C++ and object-oriented programming, data base design/management, software engineering, robotics, mechatronics, AC/DC Drives and Motors, or electrical power systems</li><li>Demonstrated problem solving skills</li><li>Demonstrated successful working relationships with others in educational or employment settings
</li><li>Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook</li><li>Availability to travel, domestically, up to approximately 5%, sometimes with limited notice</li><li>Visa sponsorship not available for this position</li><li>This is not a benefits eligible position</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering program with control automation coursework</li><li>Enrolled in MSEE, MS Computer Science, MS Computer Engineering or MSME with control automation, physics, material science coursework</li><li>Research project or thesis in the areas of control system theory, software engineering, robotics, mechatronics, AC/DC motor drives, or electrical power systems</li><li>Working knowledge of PLC programming and/or HMI programing languages
</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, VC++, Visual Basic, SQL Server, .Net, AutoCAD, Visio or equivalent drawing tool</li><li>Work experience as research assistant, intern, or co-op in the above areas</li></ul>
