From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities

<li>Drive content understanding & Growth strategies for TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region, leveraging data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth targets.</li>
<li>Map out interaction flow between users and creators on the platform, identify opportunities for experience improvement, and work closely with the product team to enhance LIVE content engagement and monetization.</li>
<li>Analyze user behavior and consumption motivations, break down live stream content elements, and develop actionable strategies to improve live stream quality. Create standout showcases for various categories through content refinement, equipment upgrades, and scale them using agencies, in-house operations, events, and educational initiatives.</li>
<li>Optimize governance processes to improve the handling of creator violations while enhancing the overall governance experience.</li>

Qualifications

<b>Minimum Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher. Expertise in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of content trends, combined with strong strategic thinking and execution skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic or Turkish, proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. This role is based in Dubai.</li>
