We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical &ldquo;Cost Controller&rdquo; to oversee kitchen cost management and ensure accuracy in recipes and bill of materials (BOMs). The ideal candidate will play a key role in controlling food costs, maintaining standardization and improving operational efficiency.Qualification:Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, AccountingExperience:Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in cost control, preferably in the food or retail industry.Key Responsibilities:* Develop, standardize, and validate recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in coordination with culinary and production teams.* Ensure accuracy of ingredient quantities, yields, and costing in all recipes and menu items.* Conduct periodic kitchen audits to assess food cost, wastage, and adherence to portion control standards.* Monitor and enforce portion control mechanisms to ensure consistency and cost efficiency.* Analyze cost variances between theoretical and actual consumption, highlighting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.* Track daily, weekly, and monthly food cost trends and prepare detailed variance and performance reports.* Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.Implement and maintain cost control policies, SOPs, and internal checks across kitchen operations.* Support menu engineering initiatives by providing cost analysis and profitability insights.* Identify opportunities for cost optimization, waste reduction, and process improvements.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
