 Computer Literacy:
 
 
 
  Computer literate.
 
 
  Proficiency in MS Office,
 
 
  Project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and reporting tools is preferred.

  10&ndash;12 years of experience in design engineering, construction and project management in real estate development projects.
 
 
  Minimum 5 years in a managerial role overseeing capital projects.
 
 
  Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments is required.
