Overview of the role 
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead Service and Bodyshop operations across the UAE. The role is responsible for driving budgeted sales, gross margin and net profit, while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, operational excellence, dealer standards compliance and effective team performance. 
This is a key leadership role within the Aftersales function, requiring a commercially minded and people-focused professional who can manage performance, improve processes and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
