<li>Welcomes customers and ushers them to the lounge area</li>
<li>Pre-qualifies customers and collects their data (name, mobile, email address, vehicle of interest …) and register in reports</li>
<li>Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant based on rotation order</li>
<li>Responsible of the showroom checklist including and not limited to cleanliness and tidiness of showroom, lounges, car display, specification stands, catalogues, merchandise items …</li>
<li>BDC: follow up on non-showed up appointments, reschedule and reassign to the appropriate sales consultant</li>
<li>Responsible for filling and sharing daily showroom reports</li>
