We specialize in advising legal departments and can effectively address a corporate legal function&rsquo;s unique needs, requirements and obligations. As legal operations and contracting specialists, we help clients make appropriate operations and technology choices. Our team, the largest of its type, offers the necessary combination of skills, methodology and practical experience to help clients with contract lifecycle management, legal entity management, and legal operations services.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to one or more leading CLM solutions (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, SirionLabs, Conga, Agiloft, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Trained and certified on Sirion Platform (Sirion L1, L2, L3 trained &amp; Certified, Sirion Certified CLM Specialist), At least 1-2 years of Sirion implementation experience for Global organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end CLM implementation projects, including facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping, solution designing, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage project teams, coordinate deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with system integrations within CLM platforms (e.g., SSO, eSignature, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of contract management processes, template rationalization, playbook creation, and process harmonization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, including agentic and autonomous capabilities, within major CLM platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFI development, evaluation criteria, and comparative analysis of CLM platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and organizational skills, with a relentless focus on quality and timely delivery of work products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team and across multiple time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.

 Experience supporting legal teams or procurement teams with contract management
