Qualifications<p><b><br>
Required Education and Experience</b></p><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent science-based degree.</p><p>
5+ years management/leadership experience in full software delivery life cycle including requirements, design, development, testing, code release cycle and implementation</p><p>
Alternatively, 10+ years of tolling experience with at least 2 major agency system deliveries.</p><p>
Work experience is highly valued.</p><br>
