This role involves coordinating meetings, managing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and deadlines. General Tasks  Assist the Office of the Secretary General with daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and documentation flow.  Manage the scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to the accreditation process.  Other duties as assigned by the Secretary General and the NIHS Office.
