This role is essential to supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining high food safety standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items</li><li>Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required</li><li>Dispose of waste and maintain garbage disposal areas</li><li>Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards</li><li>Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages</li><li>Support overall kitchen operations to ensure efficiency during peak hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen helper preferred (not mandatory)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Physically fit and able to stand for long hours</li><li>Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards</li><li>Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering setups</li><li>Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment</li><li>Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices</li></ul>Work Location: In person
