<div><div><div><p>The Admin - Strategic Partnerships &amp; Fundraising plays a vital role in supporting Emirates Nature&ndash;WWF&rsquo;s fundraising and partnership operations through effective coordination, administration, and governance oversight. The position ensures that all donor and partner engagement activities &mdash; from onboarding to reporting &mdash; are executed efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with UAE fundraising regulations set by the <b>Department of Community Development (DCD)</b><b> </b>and the<b> Ministry of Community Development (MOCD).</b></p>
<p>
Working closely with the Unit members and the wider EN-WWF team, the role provides operational and administrative support across all aspects of the fundraising lifecycle, including donor data management, CRM reporting, proposal and MoU tracking, financial reporting, and event coordination. The Admin - Strategic Partnerships &amp; Fundraising also plays a key role in ensuring that all partner relationships are nurtured with excellence and that digital engagement, communications, and stewardship are delivered to the highest standards.</p>

MAJOR DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><div><div><b>
Fundraising Coordination &amp; Donor Administration</b></div>
<ul><li>Support the implementation of Emirates Nature&ndash;WWF&rsquo;s Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising Strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and operational support across all donor and partnership activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage donor and partner accounts, including memberships, sustainable giving, and corporate partnerships, ensuring timely onboarding, renewals, and reporting through CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com, HubSpot).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all partners and donors, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and engagement history, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and track partnership documentation such as proposals, MoUs, contracts, and amendments, ensuring they are reviewed, approved, and signed in a timely manner.</li>

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-category sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all procurement activities.</p> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Source and procure goods and services across multiple categories: medical, construction, home interiors, and others as needed.</li> <li>Develop and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documentation.</li> <li>Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and compliance.</li> <li>Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to achieve the best value for the organization.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, especially for medical and safety-related items.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, healthcare staff, architects, and designers) to assess procurement needs and timelines.</li> <li>Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and contract documentation.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules to avoid project or operational delays.</li> <li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage ongoing relationships.</li> <li>Stay up to date with market trends and new product developments in relevant sectors.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-sector procurement in medical, construction, or interior procurement.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., healthcare certifications, construction codes, product safety standards).</li> <li>Proficiency in procurement and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or equivalent).</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Skills & Certifications <ul> <li>Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are highly desirable.</li> <li>Knowledge of local and international sourcing and logistics practices.</li> <li>Experience with budgeting and cost control in procurement.</li> <li>Familiarity with public procurement, donor-funded projects, or hospital/facility outfitting is an advantage.</li> </ul> Working Conditions <p>Office-based role with regular visits to project sites, suppliers, and showrooms.</p> <p>May require occasional travel for vendor assessments or product sourcing.</p>
