 Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate parcel receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.

 Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

 Maintain accurate branch records, reports, and operational data.

 Ensure cash collection, reconciliation, and timely deposit as per company policy.

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
 </li>

 1&ndash;3 years
 
 of experience in branch operations, logistics, courier, retail operations, or administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing fire watch services during hot work activities, ensuring compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, monitoring fire hazards, and responding promptly to emergency situations.
