Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, seamless, and professional-quality walls and ceilings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall aesthetic and durability of commercial, or industrial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, showcase your craftsmanship, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Apply joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to drywall surfaces with precision and care</li><li>Sand and smooth finished surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance suitable for painting or decorating</li><li>Inspect completed work for imperfections such as cracks, dents, or uneven areas, making necessary repairs</li><li>Collaborate with carpenters, plasterers, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and quality standards</li><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, taping seams, and setting up scaffolding or ladders safely</li><li>Assist with related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or fixture installation as needed to support project completion</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive experience in drywall finishing and taping techniques</li><li>ability to use finish tools such as - Power sander, bango, level 5 sprayer, Boxes, and hand tools.</li><li>Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and proper use of tools and equipment</li></ul>This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on construction site experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality finishes.
