 Managing payroll and personnel processes, informing employees about payrolls,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on employee rights within the framework of relevant laws, regulations and procedures, and conducting relevant work in the SAP environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the completion of legal notifications (Social Security Institution, Employment Agency, withholding tax return, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting and following up on correspondence with official institutions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing employee group health insurance and individual retirement plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring occupational health and safety processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on periodic reports,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to HR projects (orientation programs, personnel evaluation management, wage management, onboarding, exit procedures, orientation programs, etc.).

 Taking part in the necessary steps for updating HR procedures and policies,

 Providing support to other HR processes when necessary.

 General Qualifications

 Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office and SAP programs. Knowledgeable in labor law and social security legislation, research-oriented, and follows legal changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in correspondence and reporting with official institutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills.
 </li>

 In this role, you will be responsible for

 Support the growth of Aptamil by turning consumer insights and data into impactful marketing actions. The role contributes to strengthening brand equity, driving demand and executing integrated campaigns across channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

 Analyze brand and category performance, identifying key drivers of growth and opportunities to strengthen brand health.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track brand KPIs (market share, penetration, brand equity metrics) and translate insights into actions that improve mental availability and brand visibility.

 Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, e-commerce and HCP touchpoints.

 Translate consumer insights and trends into creative and culturally relevant communication assets.

 Identify growth opportunities within the Early Life Nutrition category through a data-driven and consumer-centric mindset.
