What you'll be doing
The Trade Manager owns the commercial performance of the Ecommerce business across the GCC. The Trade Manager leads all trade planning, budgeting, and forecasting across markets and zones, drives sustainable growth, protects margin, and ensures every commercial moment is planned, executed, and optimised.

 As CRM, Email &amp; WhatsApp Automation Manager, you will be the sole guardian of this engine. You will own every lifecycle touchpoint from first purchase to long-term subscriber; building, monitoring, optimising, and expanding our automation infrastructure across Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business API, and Shopify Flow.
 
 
 This is not a campaign-blasting role. It is a precision role.  Klaviyo: Email Flows &amp; Campaigns
