   Key Responsibilities:

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Oversee
   <strong>
    hard services operations
   </strong>
   including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and associated infrastructure
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and manage
   <strong>
    Testing &amp; Commissioning (T&amp;C)
   </strong>
   activities for electrical and MEP systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution and maintenance activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Review technical documents including drawings, method statements, and commissioning procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM &amp; reactive) to ensure minimal downtime
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor contractor performance, service delivery, and SLA/KPI compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance analysis
  </li>
  <li>
   Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues
  </li>
 </ul>

   Requirements:

  Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
  <strong>
   Electrical Engineering
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Minimum

   10+ years of experience
  </strong>
  in EPC, FM, real estate, and construction sectors
 </p>
 <p>
  Strong expertise in
  <strong>
   Testing &amp; Commissioning of electrical and MEP systems
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Prior experience in roles such as
  <strong>
   Technical Manager / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Strong knowledge of hard services operations and maintenance
 </p>

<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Electrical Testing Project Manager (SEC Site Coordinator)</b> to lead and coordinate all <b>substation testing, commissioning, and protection system</b> activities.<br>

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in <b>SEC / National Grid</b> projects and the technical leadership to ensure full compliance with <b>SEC, IEC, and HSE standards</b> across multiple project sites.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Site Coordination:</b><ul><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between <b>SEC, contractors, and consultants</b>.</li><li>
Ensure all on-site activities follow <b>approved procedures</b> and <b>safety regulations</b>.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Testing &amp; Commissioning:</b><ul><li>
Perform and supervise <b>CSD procedures</b> (National Grid).</li><li>
Conduct <b>scheme checks, stability tests, end-to-end tests,</b> and <b>final trip verifications</b>.</li><li>
Oversee testing of <b>Auxiliary/Trip Relays, MCCBs, meters, CTs, VTs, and protection relays</b>.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Documentation &amp; Compliance:</b><ul><li>
Prepare and submit <b>daily and weekly progress reports</b> to stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain accurate <b>test reports, checklists, and approvals</b> in accordance with SEC requirements.</li><li>
Verify that all equipment and materials are <b>SEC-approved</b> prior to installation.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Safety &amp; Quality Assurance:</b><ul><li>
Enforce <b>SEC HSE</b> (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) standards at all project sites.</li><li>
Ensure all electrical works meet <b>IEC and SEC quality benchmarks</b>.</li></ul></li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in <b>Electrical Engineering (BE/BS)</b>.</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> 8&ndash;15 years of hands-on electrical testing, with at least <b>5 years on SEC / National Grid projects</b>.</li><li><b>
Approval:</b> Must hold valid <b>SEC Site Coordinator</b> approval.</li><li><b>
Technical Expertise:</b><ul><li>
In-depth knowledge of <b>GIS substations</b> and <b>protection relays</b> (Siemens, ABB, GE, Schneider, SEL, Hitachi).</li><li>
Hands-on proficiency with <b>primary and secondary injection testing</b>.</li><li>
Familiarity with <b>SEC documentation, drawings, and approval workflows</b>.</li></ul></li><li><b>
