   Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

   Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and changes in condition
  </li>

   Ensure safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain a safe, restraint-free environment and implement fall prevention strategies
  </li>
  <li>
   Document care provided and communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team

   Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
