<p><b>Overview</b><br/><b>Senior Associate, Entertainment Attorney at Music and Entertainment Law Firm </b></p><p><b>Yu Leseberg, A Professional Law Corporation</b> is a Los Angeles-based boutique entertainment law firm specializing in music, copyright, and intellectual property matters. We represent recording artists, management companies, publishers, creators, influencers, and industry executives.</p><p>We're seeking a <b>collaborative team player</b> to join our full-time, on-site practice.</p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Negotiate and draft music industry agreements (management, recording, distribution, producer, sample clearance, creator/brand partnerships)</li><li>Handle complex worldwide music publishing and neighboring rights issues</li><li>Manage album clearance, executive employment, touring, and NDA agreements</li><li>Draft copyright registrations and prosecute trademark matters</li><li>Supervise royalty audits and resolve licensing/contractual disputes</li><li>Provide litigation support and draft legal correspondence</li><li>Work independently with quality control before partner review</li></ul><p><b>What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>2+ years at a law firm with music-focused or complex copyright/trademark litigation experience (strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. Copyright Act and trademark law</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple matters from inception to completion</li><li>Excellent drafting and communication skills</li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative (litigation experience a plus)</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
