Candidates must be Turkish citizens or individual who are exempt from work permit requirements in Turkey . C andidates must possess the necessary work authorization to be eligible for employment without the need for sponsorship or assistance
 
Fluency in English is required, and while fluency in Russian is highly desirable, it is not essential.
 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 
Minimum of 3 - 8 years of experience in marketing and demand generation campaigns.
 
Proven track record of planning and executing successful product or account based marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes across outbound marketing strategies and tactics including social media (LinkedIn , telegram) email , advertising etc.
 
Working experience of CRM tools including Salesforce, CRM and marketing automation platforms e.g. Marketo , Eloqua or Campaign Launchpad .
 
Ability to create engaging and innovative copy and messaging for marketing tactics that resonates with target audiences
 
Data driven with experience in analysing reports and metrics to assess campaign success and make operational decisions

This role is based in our Nida Kule Esentepe, Şişli, İstanbul, T&uuml;rkiye office.
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
The Role
This role requires a detail-oriented, creative senior marketing executive with the ability to design and deliver an end-to-end marketing campaign. The individual will be digitally savvy, analytical and data oriented with a history of continuous improvement and learning from past campaign performance. Experience of marketing automation technologies would be an advantage. The candidate will also be ready to take the first step towards management in either managing or mentoring more junior members of the team.
Job Responsibilities
To work with the senior marketing manager and marketing team to deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards or digital products in line with agreed KPI's.
PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Work with the marketing managers to deliver outbound marketing campaigns and event websites in line with strategic objectives.</li><li>
Follow and update operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)</li><li>
Ensure all tracking is in place (as per Informa guidelines) and that as much of the campaign can be attributed to a channel/activity as possible. Develop ways to incentivise monitoring offline channel performance</li><li>
Evaluate the performance of media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and provide feedback/recommendations to marketing manager.</li><li>
Coordinate all deliverables with contras and partner marketing agreements</li><li>
Analyse previous performance and work with CRO to recommend website strategy to maximise relevant traffic and conversion</li><li>
Identify the relevant audience profiles, build segments and coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of direct marketing campaigns</li><li>
Develop marketing budgets in line with plans and maintain budget trackers</li><li>
Raise PO&rsquo;s and maintain budget trackers and manage payments to suppliers</li></ul>
ANALYSIS &amp; INSIGHT<ul><li>
As directed by the marketing manager, monitor campaign performance and produce relevant and timely reports</li><li>
Share relevant insights with the marketing manager to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities</li><li>
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns</li><li>
Work with data &amp; insights team to capture relevant and timely data (onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research etc.)</li><li>
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to</li><li>
Provide pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI</li><li>
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance</li><li>
Become part of a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the team</li><li>
Share case studies with marketers within the team, EMEA division and Informa Markets business</li></ul>
MARKETING EXECUTION<ul><li>
Identify the target audience and key segments within the target universe</li><li>
Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments</li><li>
Send timely, relevant communications through a designated mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channels</li><li>
Monitor and adjust campaign activity based on performance metrics</li><li>
Develop and deliver content through selected channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.)</li><li>
Build, maintain and optimise product websites and work with internal or external support teams to make advancements and maximise conversion from the sites</li><li>
Manage and format any external files for import into the Informa database</li><li>
Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed standards</li><li>
Manage PR agency (internal or external) with input from the marketing manager and event manager /event director</li><li>
Establish relationships with and manage strategically important partners to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to show budget</li></ul>
TEAM MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Line manage or work with one or more marketing executives to execute campaigns according to the agreed plan</li><li>
Provide guidance, feedback and inspiration to line reports/assisting team</li><li>
Work with line reports &amp; marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPI&rsquo;s, event and divisional strategy</li><li>
Work with line reports (in the event of line management responsibility) to develop skills and competencies and ensure they have a clear development roadmap</li><li>
Ensure adoption and optimisation of marketing technology solutions, identify training needs and ensure line reports are technically proficient (in the event of line management responsibility)</li><li>
