Scope of Position
The Chief Baker is responsible for leading all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the bakery kitchen at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. This includes production for banquet services, in-room dining, the Mandarin Cake Shop, and the Gelato Shop. The role ensures consistency in product quality, food safety, and presentation standards across all bakery operations. As Chief Baker, you will be responsible for the following duties:
