   Ensures vehicles are arranged with 3PL partners in alignment with planned shipments and delivery terms (mainly DAP and DDP).

   Tracks and verifies on-time delivery of all export shipments; escalates delays and disruptions proactively.

 to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end transportation organization (Road, Sea, Air) for both packed and bulk chemical raw materials.

  Key Responsibilities:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Transport Operations: Manage and organize international transport operations (Road, Sea, and Air) for packed and bulk shipments based on incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery and process efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Road Transport Management: Monitor market conditions for road transport; manage tender processes to negotiate rates and service terms with carriers, particularly in high-volume regions, and organize annual freight agreements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Sea Freight Tracking: Continuously track global sea freight trends and rates, providing regular updates to Product Management and Procurement teams to support cost-effective decision-making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cost Management &amp; SAP: Accurately input freight cost forecasts into SAP. Verify incoming freight invoices against agreed rates and coordinate with the Accounting department for processing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Claims &amp; Insurance: Manage the insurance claim process for damaged cargo from initial application to final resolution. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports regarding damages and claims.
  </li>
  <li>
   Optimization: Monitor international transport developments and actively seek alternative logistics solutions to minimize freight costs and improve efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

  Qualifications:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 4-5 years of experience in International Transport operations (Road, Air, &amp; Sea).
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid knowledge of Import/Export regulations and general Logistics processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
