</li><li>Direct cross?functional creatives (designers, 3D artists, motion, and external partners) and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
</li><li>Manage schedules and workflows (RoB, milestones, approvals) while staying a creator (not just a scheduler) able to roll up sleeves in editing, motion, or asset development.
</li><li>Facilitate reviews with technical stakeholders; make decisive calls that clarify content and keep projects moving.
</li><li>Maintain project artifacts (scripts, storyboards, asset libraries) and document repeatable processes for scale.
</li></ul>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul><li>Experience in content creation, creative direction, and/or video/animation production with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work.
</li><li>Technical/scientific storytelling background is a major plus (ability to explain sophisticated topics simply and accurately).
</li><li>Proven record of managing complex, multi?stakeholder projects; include case studies highlighting goals, constraints, and outcomes.
</li><li>Outstanding communication and leadership&mdash;able to align engineers, PMs, and creatives and present clear rationales for content decisions.
</li><li>Hands?on capability in at least one core production area (e.g., editing, motion design/3D, scripting, visual design), with working fluency in common tools (Adobe CC, motion/3D packages, presentation platforms).
</li><li>Operational rigor - comfortable with intake, scoping, timelines, status reporting, and change management.
</li></ul>
 
Compensation range for position is $ 129,600 &ndash; 144,000 DOE.
