Responsible for organizing and conducting wall to wall physical inventories</li><li>
Collaborate and provide support to various partners within the company and other PMI affiliates for respective financial cycles</li><li>
Coordinate and actively participate in month and year-end closing tasks for respective PMI affiliates.</li><li>
Identify areas for enhancements, propose processes improvements</li><li>
In cooperation with Operations management, lead the data consolidation from all relevant stakeholders and prepare required documentation and templates and prepare the submission of OB/LRP Budget inputs (Manufacturing KPIs, SVC and FME HC, Productivity Initiatives, etc. etc.) to PMI in line with valid PMI standards</li><li>
Analyze variances and deviations of actuals vs OB and RF targets, following up on root cause analysis and drivers with business owners
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs (Uptime, DM Waste, Yield, HC, etc. etc.).,
</li><li>Ensure compliance with PMI Practices &amp; Principles and Finance Standards</li></ul>
Qualifications:
College/University in Finance, accounting or related field.<ul><li>
At least 2 years in planning, analysis, reporting or Production planning department (experience in Plant or Operations finance positions is a plus)</li><li>
Prior General accounting or cost accounting experience a plus</li><li>
A proficient English speaker with a very good understanding of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and financial coordinated systems</li><li>
Knowledge of SAP platform is an advantage</li><li>
An individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow timelines</li><li>

Budget controlling:<ul><li>
Submit actuals/forecasts to corporate management through the update of magnitude reporting tool as part of monthly reporting of accounting results</li><li>

Discuss with the team during monthly meetings for cash flows, accruals/provisions, receivables/doubtful debts, foreign exchange impact and other ad hoc meetings</li><li>
Review and reconcile employee-related balance sheet accounts to clear long-outstanding balances on a quarterly basis</li><li>
Support regional treasury manager in the follow-up of intercompany receivables</li><li>
Contribute to the closing of accounting books in coordination with Thales AMEWA chief accountant</li><li>
Collaborate with the team in checking the bi-monthly payment proposal</li><li>
Ensure compliance with IFRS in both accounting &amp; reporting</li></ul>

The Role

 The Assistant Manager &ndash; Service Charge &amp; Cost Allocation is the end-to-end owner of service charge governance, cost allocation integrity, and recoverability across Cairo Festival City&rsquo;s residential, commercial, and retail (mall) assets.
 
 
 The role has full accountability for designing and implementing the service charge framework from scratch, ensuring best-in-class practice in Egypt, compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, and Al-Futtaim governance standards.
 
 
 As the subject-matter expert on service charge economics, the role ensures that operating costs, shared services, intercompany allocations, and qualifying Capex are accurately classified, transparently allocated, fully substantiated, and appropriately funded through service charge collections and reserves.
 
 
 The position partners closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Credit Control, Legal, Development, Shared Services Finance, Regional Finance, Internal Audit, and External Audit, acting as the single point of accountability for service charge accuracy, auditability, and dispute resolution
