 Proactive Search &amp; Market Mapping:

 Build forward-looking leadership pipelines for Director level and above roles in Finance, IT, AI/Data, Digital, Sales, and Marketing within global industrial and chemical companies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sourcing &amp; Engagement:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and engage passive senior talent from world-class global companies, using targeted, confidential outreach.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Screening &amp; Shortlisting:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess leadership capability, functional expertise, and alignment with Lummus values.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Interview Management:
 
 <ul>

 Lead structured interviews and ensure prompt, high-quality feedback from all stakeholders.

 Talent Management Collaboration:

 Experience And Qualifications

 &bull; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
