As a Floating Banker for Banner Bank you will provide back-up teller/banker coverage and assistance at any retail branch location within a specific geographic region. At each location you will provide an excellent experience for clients acting as the face of the Bank, and process client transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products/services. The work location can vary daily, and daily travel between branches will be required. <ul><li>What you'll do<li>Responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while providing an excellent experience for clients and acting as the face of the Bank.</li><li>Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products/services, and by referring clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.</li><li>Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.</li><li>Responsible for working effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.</li><li>Responsible for selling Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations. Must meet minimum referral standards set by Manager. May be responsible for opening new accounts using the Banner Way sales process.</li><li>Responsible for providing back-up teller coverage or back-up personal banker coverage and assistance at any retail branch location within a specific geographic region. Work location can vary daily. Daily travel between branches required.</li><li>Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.</li></li><li>Education & Certifications <li>H.S. Diploma</li></li><li>Experience & Travel<li>2 or more years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals (Required)</li><li>Travel 50%</li></li><li>Knowledge, skills & abilities<li>Possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.</li><li>Basic understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.</li><li>Basic math, negotiation, and problem solving skills.</li><li>Possess effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required.</li><li>Possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills. Experienced emergency, family, urgent care providers. 
Washington, D.C., Region (Capitol Hill; Adams Morgan; Alexandria, VA; Bethesda, MD; Chevy Chase, MD; Silver Spring, MD; and Hyattsville, MD) 
MedStar Health Urgent Care is looking for experienced emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners. Advanced practice providers work autonomously with supportive physician mentorship. Providers are assigned to a region but can set preferences for their top sites (Floating provider). 
 
We are looking for providers to manage acute walk-in urgent cases and minor procedures. Procedures include, but are not limited to, suturing, fracture care/splinting, I&amp;Ds, interpreting EKGs, and wet reading X-rays (all films are read by a radiologist). We have an on-site, low-complexity lab for point-of-care testing. Most sites have a full x-ray suite and amazing support staff. We are open 12 hours daily and shift lengths may vary.

Our providers have on-site access to pediatric, emergency medicine, and cardiologist teleconsultant providers, so they are always supported. MedStar's network of nine emergency departments and broad network of primary care and subspecialists give our patients excellent continuity of care. Our referral management program also supports our patients in assisting with obtaining quick access to primary care and specialist follow-up.
