Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager Front Office supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including guest services, reservations, and front desk operations. This role ensures a high standard of guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and efficient coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>
Supervise front desk team members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li>
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.</li><li>

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficient in property management systems</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
