Purpose
The Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician position prepares medications for patient consumption under the general supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and in accordance with federal and state laws, and PANTHERx Specialty Pharmacy policies.
 To accommodate business and patient services, this position may be required to work varied and rotating full-time schedules between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday as required by the Manager.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assists pharmacist(s) with fulfillment duties.</li><li>
Communicates with staff about sufficient inventory quantities regarding medication delivery.</li><li>
Fulfills of prescriptions including, but not limited to: product receipt, lot tracking, counting medications and shipper coordination.</li><li>
Organizes of medication product on designated shelves.</li><li>
Gathers supply items that are included on a delivery ticket.</li><li>
Creates supply kits for specified programs.</li><li>
Communicates with RxARECARE and Core Specialty team members on fulfillment needs.</li><li>
Additional projects and activities as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.</li><li>
Registered with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, or capable of obtaining registration within 90 days of hire. (Evidence of registration with the state must be provided prior to commencing employment.)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) licensure.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience as Pharmacy Technician.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience.</li></ul>

Purpose
The Supervisor, Warehouse coordinates and manages all direct courier and warehouse activities (including the receiving, warehousing, shipping and delivery of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.) This role coordinates the transport, delivery, and storage of supplies between all PANTHERx locations in Collierville, TN, Pittsburgh, PA and Canfield, OH. This role also hires, develops and training of warehouse and driver associates as the need develops through the growth of business.
Responsibilities<div><ul><li>
Supervises all aspects of the warehouse activities located at Collierville, TN.</li><li>
Establishes systems for the non-pharmacy related supplies, like cold chain coolers, and leads in the monitoring of inventory and cost savings opportunities.</li><li>
Supervises personnel responsible for warehouse functions at PANTHERx.</li><li>
Coordinates the unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product &amp; supplies, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments.</li><li>
Coordinates movement of products to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stacks and stores the merchandise in the appropriate area.</li><li>
Supervises the transport of product between PANTHERx locations.</li><li>
Supervises the transport of dispensed prescriptions to patients, facilities, or common courier hubs. Coordinates transportation fleet including delivery expense reporting, routing, DOT compliance, and maintenance/cleaning of fleet.</li><li>
Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepares work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement of equipment.</li><li>
Establishes and manages work schedules and ensures that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.</li><li>
Coordinates adherence to all Federal and State statutes regarding warehouse operation including DOH, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, FDA and OSHA regulations.</li><li>
Coordinates adherence to all Federal and State statutes regarding transportation fleet operation including DOH, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, FDA and OSHA regulations.</li><li>
Responsible for inventory control of supplies by coordinating and/or checking in product and updates inventory balances on hand. Ensures all practices and procedures comply with audit requirements and meet operational standards.</li><li>
Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with such activities as production, sales, records control, replenishment of daily use items and purchasing.</li><li>
Handles the salvage of damaged, recycled or used materials per individual protocols.</li>
Supervises the accuracy of all shipping documents <li>- gathers and maintains all data records relative to shipping activities.</li><li>
Provides training for new courier/warehouse teammates.</li><li>
Responsible for process improvement and process management of all inbound receiving, put-away, picking, shipping and inventory control.</li><li>
Assists with movement and receiving process of product for wholesale services.</li><li>
Responsible for training of shipping and warehouse team members on all wholesale services related to receiving and organization of products.</li><li>
