   Every evening check the schedule for transfers and excursions for the following day. Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements.

   Prepare boat set up, according the requirements of the trip and the operating procedures. Always make sure there are sufficient cold towels, beverages and sea sick bands required for each trip. Additionally, during rainy season, make sure that there are enough raincoats and towels available on board.

   Go through the check list and make sure that everything on the check lis are followed
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that if you or the crew member miss a meal while on a trip, coordinate with Launch Section Manager or coordinator, and ensure that the food is prepared for them from the resort or get the meal from the place that you are going. Make sure that the cost of that meal must be the price set by the management unless authorise by Launch Section Manger.

   Ensure that the boat is clean, set-up and waiting on the guest jetty, 30 minutes prior to each trip, with the crew members. All team members must following the Resort grooming and uniform standards.

   Make sure all trips are as comfortable as possible for all guests, whilst ensuring their safety and catering to their needs.

   Always follow the maritime law, rules and regulations as set forth by the Ministry of Transport &amp; Communication of the Republic of Maldives.

   Ensure that the Sea Worthy certificate is on board, and ensure all its requirements are followed.

   Carry on your person your Captain&rsquo;s License during all trips.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clean the boat and equipment. Ensure that the boat is in good working condition at all times and report any maintenance issues immediately. Follow up maintenance issues with Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolved.

   Carry out all the maintenance work of the boat or its engine with engineering department delegates and update Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolve.

   Maintain and at times, build anchor points and nautical navigation lights.

   Always be responsible and take precautionary measures to avoid any risky incidents. For example, ensure there are no petrol leakages that life jackets are available, that fire extinguishers are in working condition etc.

   In cases of inclement weather, ascertain whether trips can be made and advise Launch Section Manager or Coordinator accordingly.

   Carry onboard the Boat Mobile phone at all times when you are on duty. Ensure that it is fully charged before each trip. Ensure that on board radio set is in working condition.

In this role, you will be responsible to provide professional service to Guests, ensuring that in-room dining is a memorable dining experience. Serve the food and beverages to the guest&rsquo;s rooms in a professional, discreet and personalized way and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per hotel standard operating procedure.<br>

<ul><li>Perform all necessary tasks related to service of Food &amp; Beverage according to the standards of performance manual of the Hotel.</li><li>Greet all guests and serve them in a professional, discreet &amp; personalized manner, while upholding the high-quality service expected by the hotel's standard operating procedure.</li><li>Acquire in depth knowledge of the Food &amp; Beverage menu in order to assist and provide advice/suggestions to guests.</li><li>Consistently monitor quality of Food &amp; Beverage being served by taking regularly guest feedback and sharing the feedback to the department head in order to identify any areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.</li><li>Practice good guest relations and attend to guest complaints / queries satisfactorily and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards and upkeep of all service equipment to ensure they meet health and safety regulations.</li><li>Ensure guest payment details are dealt with as per the PCI (Payment card industry) requirements to ensure compliance.</li><li>Responsible for all service preparations before, during &amp; after the service (mise-en-place &amp; mise-enscene).</li><li>Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest&rsquo;s expectations and increase revenue.</li><li>Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests&rsquo; and employees&rsquo; health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.</li><li>Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and healthy environment for guests and staff.</li><li>Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.</li></ul><br>
